As per the UPSC's eligibility criteria of CDS for OTA (Men), the candidates need to be unmarried and should have age between 19-25 years. Every candidate who is willing to apply for CDS 2020, must have completed their Graduation or at least is appearing for the final exam of the degree. So you can not apply right now and wait for next year.

Yes you are eligible for UGC NET. The Master degree obtained through the distance mode are valid for UGC NET exam. There is no upper age limit for applying Assistant Professor. The eligibility criteria of UGC NET 2020 is given below. Eligibility criteria : General/Unreserved/General-EWS candidates who have secured at least 55% marks (without rounding off) in Masters Degree or equivalent examination from universities/institutions recognised by UGC in Humanities and Social Science (including languages), Computer Science and Applications, Electronic Science etc. Are eligible for this Test. List of subjects at Post Graduation level is attached as Annexure-IV of UGC NET Information bulletin. The Other Backward Classes (OBC) belonging to Non-Creamy Layer/Scheduled Caste (SC)/Scheduled Tribe (ST)/Persons with Disability (PwD)/Transgender category candidates who have secured at least 50% marks (without rounding off) in Masters degree or equivalent examination are eligible for this Test. According to my knowledge, there is no age limit for getting admission in IILM University. Yes in this university some courses have age limits like B.A. And B. Des. Good luck.
