B.E. in Mechanical Engineering - Batch of 2026

Good college to study for you.
Placements: Due to the very low number of students taking the mechanical course, the placement rate is at an all-time high of 80%. B.E. Mechanical has a package for 30,000 rupees. With the first graduate scholarship, it is only 5000 rupees per annum. Recruiting companies are TCS, Honda, Nissan, L&T, etc. Every single student should have to attend an internship as per 2021 regulation.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is well maintained compared to other colleges like Abdul Akeem College, etc. The labs are well maintained and have equipment in working condition. Wi-Fi is available but only for staff. Phones are not allowed. The lab staff is a bit harsh when you do stuff wrong.
Faculty: The faculty at this college is very professional, to say the least (some professors are crazy, like CS Hod.). They properly follow and complete the curriculum within the given time. The internships and seminars are taking a good toll on making you ready for industry standards. The maximum pass percentage is about 70.

My 4-year college review.
Placements: In my college, there was a separate placement staff, but they didn't have the capacity to get jobs for CS students. Even small startups were not coming, and they were only telling us to study extra courses from outside. They pushed us to join Qspiders Institute in Chennai.
Infrastructure: College infrastructure was just okay and had basic things for study. It did not have modern high facilities, but it was average and okay to manage your studies. The lab was very clean, and the computers had enough software to improve my coding skills to crack my first job.
Faculty: Faculty members did not have PhD but they had the capacity to finish the syllabus on time. Every month they held small exams, which were very helpful to pass the semester exam easily. They suggested the best books for us, which really helped me pass the semester exam.
Other: I chose this college because the fee structure was very low and best for me. Also, they had good sports grounds and an environment, so I like this college. They gave me a completely free education.
