You are not necessarily required to do JEE Main to take admission to Atharva University. To secure B.Tech in Atharva University, a candidate can do so on a valid score in one of the various entrance exams, namely: JEE Main, MHT-CET, CUET, PERA CET, or university level entrance examination also called (AU-AIET) along with the normal 45 percent in aggregate in PCM at the +2 level.In summary:It can also be admitted with JEE Main.The same is acceptable in other entrance exams such as MHT-CET, CUET, PERA CET or the entrance test conducted by the Atharva University itself.The candidates should also have academic eligibility.Hence, applicants do not exclusively need JEE Main to take admission since there are numerous avenues.

It seems Atharva Institute of Management Studies (AIMS Mumbai) does not provide the B.Sc. in Computer Science — only management-type programs like MMS, PGDM, etc. If you are specifically looking for B.Sc. in Computer Science then I would suggest looking at other colleges affiliated with Mumbai University or standalone Science institutes with B.Sc. CS programs.

For UG level admissions, candidates must secure a minimum aggregate of 45% in Class 12. Whereas, for PG level admissions, candidates must secure a minimum aggregate of 50% in graduation. A candidate with 85% aggregate will definitely be able to secure a seat at Atharva University, depending on which coure they opt for.
