No, it is a decent option. Go for a college with an established brand name and a college, which has a good industry interface. In Pune, you can go for colleges like:
1. NIBM.
2. PIBM.
3. BIMM.
4. Symbiosis.

Hello friend, Both are the decent. But among them Ramaiya is good one. AIMS is better for finance then HR.If it is possible you can check PIBM, Pune. (my suggestion).

AIMS does offer dual specialization but you can opt this in second year only. In first year there is no specialization in first year.
