Will AIMS be a better choice over PES University? I have a good ranking in PGCET and eligible for both.

Both are preferable. AIMS is good for PG studies, as it has got highly qualified professionals hailing from IIM's and visiting faculties from abroad.

Both are at their place. There is no such difference when its about MBA but AIMS-MBA department has professors from IIM-B, IIM-A. I guess this is enough for you to understand the quality of education.

Hello Shankar,
Instead of asking here, you should ask the admission committee members of AIMS College. They would provide you with all the required information.

As for Atharva, you can contact the college. I won't be able to give information on that.
