Yes you are eligible you just need 45% to 55% marks in your graduation from a certified University and than you are eligible .
most of b.ed program have entrance test plus personal interview rounds so you have to prepare for that as well

You can do B.Ed, but it would not be of very use, because you have already obtained masters and with experience, you can learn how to teach. B.Ed is focused more on teaching children in school.
