The following paperwork is required of applicants for the B.E./B.Tech programme at Apollo Institute of Engineering and Technology in Ahmedabad: Original and self-attested copies of the 10th and 12th grade marksheets, the main scorecard for GUJCET or JEE, the transfer certificate the migration certificate (for students who are not Gujarati), the caste certificate (for SC, ST and OBC students), the income certificate (for scholarships), the domicile certificate the identity proof (Aadhaar card), and four to six passport-size photos. It might be necessary to get a behavior certificate for managing quota. For online submission, scanned documents in JPG format (less than 50 KB each) must be sent to the college's admission office or to gujacpc.admissions.nic.in.

According to JEE Main rankings for B.E./B.Tech the cutoff scores for Apollo Institute of Technology, Kanpur, differ by subject and category. The general category cutoff for the 2023 B.Tech. Computer Science and Engineering programme was around 7361. Exam difficulty application volume, and seat availability are some of the variables that affect cutoffs. There are currently no specific 2025 cutoffs available because AKTU releases them after counseling.
