Arvindbhai Patel Institute of Environmental Design, Vadodara offers Bachelor of Architecture (BArch), Bachelor of Interior Design (BID) and MID courses at the UG and PG level. These courses are offered in affiliation with Sardar Patel University. To get admission to these courses, candidates must pass Class 12 from a recognised board.

To be eligible for the Master of Interior Design (MID) course, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Have passed Class 12 from a recognised board with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks.
• A bachelor's degree in Interior Design with 50% aggregate marks with 6 months of office training 
• Or a BArch/BE/BTech degree in Civil with 50% aggregate marks.

Arvindbhai Patel Institute of Environmental Design Vadodara is moderately hard to get. Admission is based on merit scores. To get admission to the BArch programme, candidates must have a valid NATA score along with a good academic score.  The intake also depends upon seat availability and competition which means students must hold a high score to secure a seat.
