Hi Pavan. Congratulations for getting call from BIMM, you deserve it. Average package is of HR is Rs 6,00,000 to Rs 7,00,000 . Highest package was of Rs 14,00,000. Companies who come for placement for HR are Vedanta, HCL, ICICI BANK, Career360, Home credit, TCS, Raymond's and many more. Out of 60 batch of HR only 3-4 students are left out to be placed. Once you get admission to one stream, it is difficult to switch, However if PGDM In PM and HR is what you prefer, then I'll suggest you to call the admission cell of Sri Balaji Society with your Registration number and tell them that you want to switch to PM and HR. Frankly there's no difference at all between PGDM executive and PGDM batch at BIMM. Both batches studies the Same course. And as far as your experience is concerned, you can always mention it in your CV during campus placements. Since now you already got selected for the PGDM batch, I'll suggest you to stick with it

Hii Rudra,Right now 90% student are places 625/750 . Average, package is 5.5-6.5lacs. Highest package of 14 lacs this year. Almost every specialisation have same package. Amazon , Deloitte, veranda,tvs, etc are the companies coming with high package. About internship , only 20% student are now left , in next 1 week they all will get placed.

Avg . Package this year for HR is 7-8lacs. Placement record is 90%. 85/120 students are placed till now. Companies like Delloite,Nielsen, Vedanta group, aditya birta group , ceat,tcs,tts,infosys, axis,icici,continental group,tvs,tafe, and many companies comes.
Around 70+ companies comes for HR placement.

Ga smarthi,Congrats first of all to you. Placement is 100% for marketing. This year highest package is of 14 lacs .And avg package for BIMM is 6-7lacs This year also all marketing students are placed. You can get more info. At balajisociety.org

Hi Sonal. Average placement for PGDM Finance is Rs 6,00,000 to Rs 7,00,000. Yes we have only centralized placement. The companies for Banking and Finance sector are Bank Of Baroda, Deloitte, Dhara shaw, L& T Finance, M&M Finance, Home Credit, NPCI, Janlaxmi financial Etc come for placement. There are many more companies on the list and i also wanted to tell you that 98% of SBS Finance is placed of batch 2014-2016. Hope i answer your query.
