The mess 2 is a Jain mess where you get less spicy food the price range is between Rs 50 to Rs 60 for a plate but it is limited. The mess 1 is the biggest of all. Here you get meal of Rs 60 to Rs 80. Also you can get a monthly pass here for Rs 3000 for a month for meal for lunch and dinner.
