Hi Arman. Yes they do have a criteria of accepting at least 1 year of work-experienced students for Executive batch. As any good company consider 1 year and above as a useful experience. And they count on that. Less than 1 year of work-experienced are been put in normal PGDM course.

Now its not mandatory to always carry students when they come for placement. It can be also in their plan to select only 1 student and pay him what he is actually worth. Sometimes they do go empty handed when they don't get best talent which they wanted.
