M.A.	Candidate must have passed with 40% marks in the aggregate of all subjects and mentioned marks in B.A./B.Sc./B.Com./BBA/BCA. Graduates who have secured at least 55% marks in the Language concerned in the degree course are also eligible.

Combined intake across all courses at Basaveshavar Post Graduate Centre of M.A. English is up to 30. Basaveshavar Post Graduate Centre of M.A. English offers a PG Degree course in Humanities & Social Sciences. The course is available in Full Time mode.
