A solid institute for building real VFX skills.
Placements: With around 75 percent of students getting placed through campus drives or institute referrals. A few students chose freelancing or higher studies, which explains why the percentage isn't higher. Roughly 65-70 percent of students also secured internships during or after the course. Common internship companies include Prime Focus, Basilic Fly.
Infrastructure: The course has good labs, Wi-Fi, updated software, and decent classrooms with library access. Hostel facilities are average, rooms are fine, food is manageable, medical help is available, and basic sports areas are maintained. Faculty: Faculty is helpful and skilled, teaching quality is solid, and the curriculum is relevant and industry-focused. Exams are moderate in difficulty, mainly practical-based. The pass percentage is generally high, around 85-90 percent. Faculty is helpful and skilled, teaching quality is solid, and the curriculum is relevant and industry-focused.
Other: I'm from the 2022-25 VFX batch. I chose this course for creativity and industry demand. The software training is the best part. More advanced workshops would help. Campus events are decent, the crowd is mixed, and connectivity and surroundings are convenient.
