Bachelor of Computer Applications (B.C.A.) - Batch of 2025

I'm dissatisfied with campus placements at college.
Placements: The placement drives are only for a specific department. IT students have to visit a different branch of college in Angamaly. Placement drives are a joke. There are no big companies conducting placement drives in the college. The average salary is below Rs. 20,000 per month.
Infrastructure: There is no proper infrastructure. Wi-Fi connection is pathetic. Computers in IT labs don't even work properly and we are forced to do our final year projects on our laptops as systems may shut down anytime. Hostel facilities are not available in college.
Faculty: Teaching quality is good. Teachers help to upgrade our marks. Semester exams are intermediate as teachers conduct regular test papers and have two internals. Don't come to this college just seeing the results, there is no enjoyment and the number of students joining is decreasing year by year.
Other: There are no campus surroundings, no place where we can sit and chill with our friends No extracurricular activities are conducted in college. Arts and sports day are only for the name. There are restrictions in college and all they care about is students scoring marks.

Absolutely dissatisfied with the college management.
Placements: There are only 4 or 5 placement drives in college. The salary offered is below 25,000 per month, and the placements are offered by local companies. The placements are only a dream for students, and the management is a disaster in terms of placements.
Infrastructure: There are no hostel facilities and very bad infrastructure. The college has no accommodation facilities for students. There is not even a union room for election, and there is no sufficient parking area in college. Wi-Fi facilities are available for namesake.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful in our studies, and the pass percentage is 65%. The exams are good. The teachers want to upgrade the mark level of students.
Other: Extracurricular activities are not available in this college. High restrictions are followed in this college.

The college is good for those who come to study.
Placements: In our college, I think only 45% of students are placed. The package is around 1.5 LPA now they started 4-year UG so I think fee will also increase. They don't provide any internships, they also don't offer any extra courses in our college. We do not get even any IV and college trips because of low students in our class.
Infrastructure: In our college, there are three floors even when the lift is there they don't turn on it. There are no good facilities to sit or round with our friends. Our college is very poor in infrastructure. But they provide good bench to use. There is no hostel in our college. They provide hostel facility in the college itself for sports students only. They provide good and healthy food also in our canteen. They provide kanji for only 10 rupees and there will be no problem with food.
Faculty: Teachers are really very helpful and they are very good at teaching. They understand us and teach us as many times as we want. They also mentor us in very helpful ways, those who are ready to study in our college are very good. They give us good notes related to our syllabus. They also conduct 2 internal exams to prepare for semester exam. The semester exams will be sometimes tough, it's out of syllabus questions.
Other: Our batch is very poor in density due to this we didn't get a chance to go to IV and college trip. But our class students are very good and friendly.

Its a very good college for study. Teachers are very helpful for study.
Placements: There are several students who get placements from the college. There is no average package offered in our course. There are no top recruiting companies for our course, just come like finance companies for placements. I did not get any placements from the college.
Infrastructure: Our college has better classrooms and labs. There are so many computers provided to students and there is also a computer system provided in the library. They also provided free Wi-Fi access to students without any limitations. College canteen provides good food on a small budget.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful for studying. They give full support to students to study. They give proper notes and take exams properly so it is very helpful to attend the exams. The courses are also helpful for industry ready. Semester exams at college are taken properly and pass percentage is 78%.
