* The candidate should be 17 years old on or before 31st December of the year of admission.
* The candidate should have passed 10+2 examination from any recognised board with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate of Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. For S.T./S.C./O.B.C category this limit is relaxed to 40%. For Physically Challenged the limit is relaxed to 45%.
* The candidate should qualify NEET BDS as per the guidelines of Honorable Supreme Court of India.
* At the time of admission to BDS Course, the candidate will have to produce documents in original, including 10th Passing Certificate, 12th Mark sheet & Passing Certificate, Migration Certificate, Character Certificate, Caste/Minority Certificate (for reserved category), ID proof of student, and 5 Passport Size Colour Photographs.
