It is worth paying for the BDS - Bachelor of Dental Surgery at Saveetha Dental College as it has a good infrastructure, experienced faculty, and provides exposure to various dental procedures with a high volume of patients (around 250-300 per day). The college is also said to be one among the top-rated colleges in Tamil Nadu and India. However, some students have reported being forced to create videos, which they found disgusting. Overall, it seems that Saveetha Dental College provides a good learning experience for dental students.
