It is the best college for a teacher education program.

Infrastructure: The hostel has been built but has not started yet probably will open in the next academic year means in 2026. Apart from that the infrastructure is average no playground or 2 main buildings in total. The two buildings provide all the accommodation. The college has classrooms, a library, and an auditorium.

M.EdCandidate must have passed Odia as MIL up to HSC level or any equivalent or higher examination or have passed Odia as a subject in the specific examination conducted by BSE, Odisha of HSC standard.
B.EdCandidates with at least 50% marks in aggregate in the Master's Degree in Sciences/ Social Sciences/ Humanities (45% in case of SEBC/SC/ST/PwD) are also eligible. Age limit For General candidate is 28 years as on 30.06.2023 and She / he should not have been born before 30.06.1995 Age limit For SC, ST, SEBC , Women candidate is 33 years as on 30.06.2023 and She / he should not have been born before 30.06.1990. Age limit For PH candidate is 38 years as on 30.06.2023 and She / he should not have been born before 30.06.1985
