Selection Process
FIIB follows a holistic, profile-based admissions process and accepts valid scores from CAT, XAT, GMAT, CMAT, MAT or ATMA. NMAT and SNAP scores. Final selection is based on academic credentials, profile evaluation and Personal Interview. Candidates are also required to complete an AI-enabled assessment that helps to understand candidate's thinking, communication and problem-solving approach. No prior AI knowledge is required.
Admission Offer
Shortlisted candidates engage in a conversation with FIIB faculty and industry leaders to discuss their aspirations, business awareness and potential. Selections are based on the CAS (Composite Admission Score). Shortlisted candidates receive an admission offer; candidates must be confirmed by FIIB Delhi fee payment.

IIFB Seat Reservation

Work experience is not imp. for the FIIB PGDM program. Newly graduated students can apply for the programme. However, students with 1–3 years of working experience can receive additional weightage, which consequently improves their chances of the PGDM selection process.
