Some of them or frankfinn do have tie up with different airlines and may get you to the interview process but doing the course isn't going to help you in any other way. You can still get to the interview without enrolling in them.

I would suggest you to learn some basic knowledge of the aviation sector via the internet and try appearing for some walk-in interviews for airline cabin crew.
