You do not need to accept it in case you do not wish to join. There is no negative effect of not accepting offer letters. But incase it is a good company you should go ahead with the offer.

Frankinn offers placement but there is no compulsion of doing this course because you can go for the interviews directly but the Diploma is an advantage.
