GMC Aurangabad MD Courses & Fees 2025: Eligibility, NEET Dates, Admission Process

MCC has released the GMC Aurangabad MD cut-off for various categories under the All-India Quota (AIQ). The latest cut-off for various specialisations ranged between 639 and 1,14,950 for the General AI category candidates. During the second round of counselling, the cut-off for the same category ranged between 530 and 99,911. GMC Aurangabad MD tuition fee is INR 7.71 lakh. It is payable over three years. The MD fee structure also includes other fee components, such as the admission fee of INR 1,500, caution money of INR 4,000, development fees of INR 5,000, etc. These are one-time fees payable at admission. The mentioned fees are sourced from the official website of the college/sanctioning body. They are still subject to changes and hence, are indicative.

Application fee and other details is released by NBE. The fee remains the same as it was last year. In 2024, the application fee was reduced by INR 750 for each category. With reduced fee, candidates had to pay INR 3500 for general category while for SC/ST candidates had to pay INR 2500. Earlier candidates had to pay INR 4200 application fee for general category. It must be noted that paying exam fee is mandatory to submit NEET PG 2025 application form. 

NEET PG 2025 application form can be filled by all the eligible candidates. NBE will release the eligibility criteria with the official information brochure. Aspirants must possess an MBBS degree/provisional Pass Certificate. They should also have a permanent/ provisional registration certificate of MBBS qualification. Candidates are advised to read all the eligibility requirements carefully for the exam. The application form is released online and candidates have to submit it there only.

The placement is quite good at Government Medical College as all the students are given inhouse internship. The lowest package seems to be 30k. The job is given in any hospital. All the students get internships in the same government college. Candidates can choose any branch like surgery, radiology, etc. Each batch has 200 students, putting almost 800 students in college. Stipend of Rs.13,000 is paid for internships. After MBBS, a specialist degree in medicine or surgery can be taken like MD or MS.

GMC Aurangabad has released its Round 2 cutoff based on NEET PG exam. It releases the cutoffs for MD and MS courses. According to the GMC Aurangabad cutoff 2024, the candidates need to score a NEET PG cutoff rank between 530 and, 99911 to get into GMC Aurangabad under General AI category. Considering the GMC Aurangabad NEET PG cutoff 2024, the course with the lowest rank needed is MD in Radio Diagnosis. Similarly, the highest cutoff rank required for MD in Physiology. Further, for the OBC category candidates, the Round 2 NEET PG cutoff varied between 645 and, 94876. As of now, the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has not released the NEET UG counselling dates for GMC Aurangabad MBBS admission 2026. It is expected to be released in July 2026.

The GMC Aurangabad MS admission process starts with applying for NEET PG, the accepted entrance exam for MS admission at the college. The application schedule for the exam varies yearly. In 2024, the exam form was released in April. The last date for NEET PG registration 2024 was May 6, 2024. After appearing for the exam, applicants must register for the NEET PG counselling. The registration process for the same usually starts in December.
