TIST (Toc H Institute of Science & Technology) is a private, self-financing engineering college located in Arakkunnam, Ernakulam, Kerala. Admission to the B.K. Mody Government Pharmacy College can be moderately competitive. The college offers only BPharma, MPharma, and DPharma courses. Admission to all these courses is done based on the scores obtained in entrance exams such as GUJCET, GPAT, etc. To be elgible for these exams, the candidates need to have a minimum of 45% marks in the previous qualificaton in a relevant stream.

Reservations are also provided for Physically handicapped / Ex-Service men / Sports persons / Other state candidates.

Institute of Engineering and Technology is an engineering college, private, affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi, and approved by All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi, established in the year 1999 by Bhagwan Mahaveer Education Trust. The institute has been offering various undergraduate and postgraduate programs like B.Tech and MBA, with a main focus on quality education and proper placement for the students.

The institute has a total intake of around 600 students every year, with a faculty-to-student ratio of around 1:10. The costs of the MBA programme at AIMS are between INR 1.2 Lacs and 2.5 Lacs a year depending on the course and the field of study.
