With a NEET 2024 score of 450 and SC category status, you have a fair chance of getting a government medical college in West Bengal, especially in newer or peripheral colleges like Diamond Harbour, Rampurhat, or Cooch Behar, where previous SC cut-offs have been around this range. Being a WB domicile improves your chances through the state quota, and actively participating in all counselling rounds (including mop-up) is crucial.
