    About Government College with excellence.
Placements: Around 65% of students got placed. The highest pacakge offered is 9 LPA. The lowest package is 3.5 LPA. Average salary is 6.8 LPA. Some students are placed in software development roles at startups. Around 90% of students got internships at NIELIT and CDAC.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are clean with projectors, labs have proper equipment, and Wi-Fi is available. The library has enough books and a quiet study space. Hostel rooms are decent. Mess food is average, and canteen is better. Medical help is available, and there are good sports facilities too.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and explain topics well. The course is mostly relevant and covers key industry skills, but some topics feel outdated. 75% attendance is compulsory in class as well as biometric. Semester exams are moderate, not too easy, not too tough. With regular study, it is manageable. The pass percentage is around 75-80%. We have to score more than 5 SGPA in semester exam, otherwise we will get semester backlogs.
Other: I chose this course because I like tech and coding. This course has good placement options and practical labs. The syllabus needs update, more projects, and industry exposure would help. Our campus has good crowd. Fests are fun and have decent city access. Our campus is peaceful. We have active clubs with sports and scholarships.

    Best affordable government Engineering College.
Placements: As my course started in 2023, no one got passed yet. But rather than Computer Science and Engineering, students from other branches get placed. Average salary package was about 4-6 LPA. College training and placement cell manages to get internships for students. Approximately 85% students get an internship.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are comfortable, and the lab is well-maintained. Full campus is covered with high-speed Wi-Fi. There are hostel and mess facilities. There are water heaters in the washroom to help in winter. Every year, there is an inter-sport competition with other colleges
Faculty: There are many two exams conducted in a semester. One is mid semester exam, another is end semester. If a student can't secure more the 50% in a semester, they have to study the same semester again. All the exam centres are under surveillance, and the marking method is quite high. Average percentage is around 75%.
Other: This course is highly demanding in India. And the course price is quite low because it is a government college.

Good campus, modern labs, active clubs, and overall nice experience.
Placements: The placement scenario in the college is average, with nearly 50% of students getting placed each year. The average package offered ranges between 4 and 5 LPA, which is decent but shows that there is still scope for improvement in placement opportunities.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of the college can be considered decent with the required basic facilities. But the overall campus is very small in size, less crowded, and does not provide much exposure or opportunities when compared to larger and better-established institutions.
Faculty: Faculty quality in the college is not very good, as only a few of them are sincere and dedicated towards teaching, while others lack proper guidance. Another major drawback is that examinations are rarely conducted on time, with frequent delays on scheduled date.
Other: Crowd is smaller, and campus exposure is not available.

    Lack of student faculty relationship.
Placements: Placements of our college are average and depend on the branch that the student has chosen. Students from the CSE branch have the highest number of placements. The highest package offered is around 6 LPA and the minimum is around 3 LPA, from companies like Indus Towers, TCS, etc.
Infrastructure: Labs and classrooms are fabulous. Labs have a proper and good amount of tools and equipment, and practical classes with regular attendance are conducted. Wi-Fi facility in the hostel is a bit annoying. The library has good facilities. But, medical facilities are absent. There is no availability of an ambulance or any vehicle for medical emergencies. The canteen situation is the worst. Sports and games are organized regularly.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. All of them have cleared the BPSC teacher qualification. Some teachers have wide knowledge, and their way of teaching is awesome. Our course curriculum is relevant, and it makes students industry-ready. Most of our syllabus is completed before the mid-semester exams. The semester exams are average, and most students pass their exams easily.

Good Infrastructure, Faculty, Placements in 2023. 2026 Looks Promising.
Placements: 10 LPA was offered by a private company for our seniors of the 2019 batch. Approximately 10 students were selected for that job from our college. This is the scenario of the 2019 batch, meaning the 2023 pass-out students. But let me be frank, in 2024, there were very few placements. Yes, some students were placed in sales companies and are working there, i.e., Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, etc. But this is not an effective and high-package job, which would be best for the livelihood of the person.
Infrastructure: Let me say that the best feature of our college is the well-organized infrastructure, which is why students don't face any trouble at all. In Bihar, the courses are very late. Sometimes it takes approximately 11 months to complete one semester, while on the other hand, it provides only 3 months to complete the next semester. This is really the worst thing about Bihar engineering. The completion of the course is not fixed. I think that the 4-year course is being completed in 4.5 years. Because of this, many students face trouble, as they are not able to get enrolled in the next course they want to pursue, like M.Tech or MBA. So, be ready to face these problems before enrolling and getting admission in Bihar engineering.
Faculty: Faculty members are awesome, and the faculty members of Computer Science are extraordinary. Best of the faculty members, I guess, among all government colleges of Bihar. Let me say this very clearly: the syllabus for the exam will be given by our university, but the teachers will only teach you the topics. They will not teach you the content which is going to come in your university exam. So, be prepared and make yourself ready for multitasking. As you enroll in the course, your multitasking ability will be activated. Because you have to attend all the classes (due to mandatory 75% attendance), give extra time for your university exam, and especially extra time for learning skills, because university courses don't provide jobs. You have to learn extra skills to get into the job market.
Other: Cultural events happen the most, then sports, and then technical. This is the only demerit of our college.

Placement opportunities are limited, especially for core branches.
Placements: Currently, no one has been placed in the CSE (Cyber Security) course because this branch was started in 2022 at GEC WC, so there are no placement scenes yet. However, some students have secured paid internships with top recruitment companies.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure available in the college are good. There are labs, smart classes, Wi-Fi, and a library for the students. Overall facilities and infrastructure provided by the college are good. The quality of food is average one can say provided in the mess. The medical facilities, sports, and games provided by the college are good.
Faculty: Faculty members are very helpful. They are qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality provided by the facilities is awesome. The course provided by the college is relevant. It makes the student's industry ready. Semester exams in college are not too difficult if one can study properly. The pass percentage (CGPA)is 5.00 in every year.
Other: Events and festivals happen every year in the college.
