Here is my short review of Government Polytechnic Vaishali.
Placements:
Placement is provided to students in bulk in my last year. Companies are willing to hire most of the students, primarily from the Mechanical and Electrical branches, but not from Civil and Electronics. The package was constant for all students at 1.8 LPA. There were not many companies visiting our campus; there were hardly one or two. Top roles were mostly fieldwork and for sales.
Infrastructure: The college campus size is decent. Classrooms are average, and labs are equipped with proper equipment for each branch. Wi-Fi is not available, and the library was decent. There is no hostel for students; there was a girls' hostel, but it was not operational. The canteen provides good basic food. In my three-year course, I didn't see any sports events.
Faculty: Only good things are their teachers; they are highly qualified, and they pay full attention to their students. I found the curriculum relevant because they focus on theories as well as practical knowledge, which makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are easy to moderate; students can easily pass. So the passing percentage of my branch is almost 90%, but as I see in the Electronics branch, the passing percentage was less than 30%.
Other: I chose this course because it has a good demand in our Bihar. Also, in the government sector, civil vacancies are the highest comparatively. I think designing knowledge should be given to students. Software like AutoCAD and SolidWorks are in great demand. Events and fests are rare. The campus crowd is decent, mostly the students are from villages. Connectivity and the campus surroundings are the worst; it is located in the middle of a village, and we have to walk around 1.5 km from the main road to reach the college. Scholarships are given to students. Extracurricular activities happen rarely.

Nice college, nice college.
Placements: Approximately 80% students got selected in various companies. KP Reliable, Dhoot and Subros are the top recruiting companies. The highest package is about 3 LPA and minimum is 2 LPA. TPO MD. EKRAMA ARSHAD SIR always motivates students to participate in placements.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi facilities are available. Labs are good with many equipment and kits. Library has more than thousands of books for different branches. Study room is attached. Classrooms are big in size with a capacity of 60-70 students. Sports facilities are available.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and every teacher is well qualified and knowledgeable. Teaching quality is superb. Lessons taught by the college teachers are sufficient for semester exams. 99% students pass in the exams.

Placements are very low but teachers are well-qualified and facilities are okay.
Placements: The placement percentage in my college is very low. This college is improving every day. Teachers are well-qualified. The placement percentage in my course is 30-40%. The minimum salary is around Rs. 15,000 - 24,000 per month. Companies visit the college. Last year, Krishna, Maruti, and other top companies visited here. 70-80% of students choose higher studies. Teachers are very supportive because they provide a placement group after passing students and send recruitments from time to time.
Infrastructure: This college does not provide a hostel. Only 1 girls' hostel is there. Students can't join the hostel because it is always closed. The infrastructure is okay because this college was built in 2012. It provides sports facilities like a badminton court, volleyball court, and kabaddi ground. Cricket is not possible because the ground is so small but students play behind the college. There is a large field. Every day, students play cricket. Wi-Fi, a library, a lab, and classrooms are there. 50% of classes run with smart boards. A mess is available on the campus. Every year, 2 sports competitions are held.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified. They are always supportive. Some teachers are lazy. Those teachers are not permanent. They are guest. The curriculum is very strict. 75% attendance is mandatory. Semester exams are moderate. For 1st-year students, exams are hard. Overall, teachers are the best. They are BPSC-qualified. Most of them have M.Tech degrees.
Other: Event planning depends on senior students but teachers do not support us every time. Sports competitions are organised. Scholarships like PMS, etc., are provided.
