Average college with limited placements and basic facilities.
Placements: Placement in our course is not very strong but it is okay. Around 25–30 percent of students from our batch get placement. The salary offered is not very high. Mostly it is around Rs. 25,000 - 28,000 per month. Companies like Krishna Maruti and some other local companies visit our college for hiring. Internship opportunities are also limited and only a few students get a chance mostly in small companies. The roles given are generally technical support, trainee engineer, and some basic software-related work. Overall placement is average so students have to work on their own skills like coding.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is average. Classrooms and labs are okay but not very modern and need some improvement. Wi-Fi is available on campus but sometimes it is slow and does not work properly. The library is useful for studying and students can get basic books. Hostel facilities are simple. Rooms are normal and not very spacious. The food quality in the mess is average sometimes good and sometimes not. Medical and sports facilities are limited but available. The facilities are manageable for students.
Faculty: Teachers are okay. They are helpful and have good knowledge, but not all are the same. The teaching quality is average so students need to do self-study and practice on their own. The curriculum is basic and not fully industry-ready so extra skills like coding and practical knowledge are important. Semester exams are not very difficult if you study properly most questions come from the syllabus. The pass percentage is good and most students are able to pass without much problem.
Other: I chose this course because I am interested in the IT field. The best thing is that we get basic knowledge of computers and programming. The college is average. Events and activities are limited but okay. The campus environment is normal and connectivity is fine. I think more practical learning and better placement support should be improved.
