Review of Government Polytechnic,Turuvekere.

Placements: There are no placement options at this college. Students can get a job by using some of the schemes offered by the government for students of the Polytechnic of Karnataka. Students must have good practical knowledge and skills in order to be placed in local companies.

Infrastructure: The government polytechnic was created by Sir M Vishveshwarayya. It is one of the old colleges in Tumkur. Our college has a BSNL LAN connection of 3 Mbps speed. Our computer labs have basic computers, and there is a library in the college. There are employees assigned to maintain the labs.

Faculty: Our college has good teachers who teach us properly to get a good score on the exam. It is very easy to score in the semester exams of the diploma. With the new syllabus, students get maximum practical knowledge. It is easy to get a job in any company.

Other: I chose computer science and engineering because it is the top course in the diploma. In our college, a college fest is done every year.

This college is value for money.

Placements: In this diploma college, there are no placements.

Infrastructure: The computer laboratories are very good in this college. Every computer has basic features which are enough for diploma students. Wi-Fi connection is enabled. There are few smart classes in the college, and a library is also available. The hostel facility is provided by the government. The hostel facility has every basic feature. The food served in the hostel is good. Sports are played once a year.

Faculty: In this college, teachers are knowledgeable, and they know how to teach. In this course, students have a practical laboratory that helps them to increase their knowledge. The semester exams are not difficult, and everyone can score easily

This college is very good for students with passion in computer Science. I. e. programming.

Placements: The placements are not much good here. The only way for placements is through online. The placements may vary depending on the department you are studying. As per me, the placements are good for computer Science and engineering students. The online placements are good.

Infrastructure: Lab facilities are good. Even the sports academy is at most good here. The best thing here is, the facilities offered in the hostel of the college. The hostel facility is very good. The lab facilities are also good. The computers are new. So it's really a great mark.

Faculty: When you say regarding the faculty, the teachers or lectures are well experienced. They deliver the content very well. The students can understand the big concepts easily. So that's the best note on the faculty members. This is a huge plus point of this college.
