Government Tool Room and Training Centre, Dumka has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:

Courses	Eligibility
After 10th Diploma	Candidate must have passed 10th standard or equivalent examination. Candidate awaiting result of 10th standard or equivalent examinaton can also apply on provisional basis. Candidate must be permanent resident or comes under permanent resident of Jharkhand. There is no minimum age requirement.

Government Tool Room and Training Centre, Dumka courses are approved by eminent Government bodies such as AICTE. The combined seats available for various programmes provided by Government Tool Room and Training Centre, Dumka goes up to 60.
