{Source: B.E. / B.Tech students & alumni}Effectiveness of Placement Cell for B.E./B.Tech Programs at GNIT IPUBased on the feedback from students and alumni, here's what we've gathered about the placement cell:* Placement Cell: College provides average placements, and it's hard to get internships. Top recruiting companies are TCS and Wipro.* Limited Support: College is of no help for placements. Students have to try very hard to get placed when the times get tough.* No Proper Assistance: The placement cell is of no use. Everyone has to try off-campus to get a job.* Few Job Opportunities: Not all but a few of the facilities in my prospective location are good. Placements are really poor.It appears that the placement cell could improve in terms of supporting students' career aspirations and securing job opportunities. While there are a few positive mentions, the majority of feedback suggests that students need to rely heavily on their own efforts to secure employment.
