Yes, IIIT Bhagalpur does offer Diploma courses at post graduate level. PG Diploma course is offered in Digital Business Management and Software Engineering Management. It is a twenty-four-month duration programme, which aslo offers paid virtual apprenticeships with global companies. MTech programme offered by IIIT Bhagalpur isn't free of cost. Candidates are required to pay the tuition fee amount of  INR 2 Lacs at the end of the admission procedure.These fees are excluded of other fees that are payable only at the time of admission. Other than the programme fee candidates have to pay a application fee for the GATE exam while registering for the exam. The selection to IIIT Bhagalpur BTech programme is based on the candidate’s JEE Main exam score followed by the centralised counselling process regulated by the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) through which they are allotted a seat. The seat allotment also depends on the college cutoff and a candidate’s preference for that course and college. JoSAA registrations usually begin from the third week of June in online mode. However, the Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB) manages the counselling process for the remaining vacant seats.

There are three BTech specialisations for BTech at IIIT Bhagalpur namely Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering and Mechatronics Engineering. Mechatronics Engineering has 33 seat allocated, meanwhile other two specialisations have 66 seat each. Admissison to the BTech specialisations includes a valid scoe from the JEE Main exam followed by counselling.
