What is GOAPS portal in GATE

IIT Guwahati has activated GATE result 2026 link at gate2026.iitg.ac.in. The official date for GATE 2026 result declaration was March 19. Candidates who appeared for the exam on Feb 7, 8, 14, and 15, 2026 can check their GATE 2026 result on March 19. The GATE scores will determine the qualifying status of applicant, which can be checked at candidate login portal. Aspirants can also download their GATE 2026 scorecard at GOAPS. The result scorecard is valid till March 31, 2029.

How to access GOAPS Login for GATE result and scorecard?

Candidates can refer to GATE result date 2026 for reference purposes. Only candidates who have appeared for the exam, can check their exam result at GOAPS. The process to check is mentioned below -

  • Go to official website
  • Click on applicant portal and enter your credentials
  • GATE result will be displayed on screen after login
  • Check your qualifying status and save the result

Every candidate registering at GOAPS will be provided with an enrollment ID

The candidate must choose a strong password while registering to get the enrollment ID

After registration, an email containing the GOAPS enrollment ID will be sent to the candidate

The highest GATE cutoff score for NIT M.Tech admission typically ranges from 800 to 850 in the first round. Some of the top NITs include NIT Surathkal, NIT Trichy, and NIT Warangal, accept admissions with GATE score 800 above for branches like EC, CS, ME, and EE.

Qualified candidates have to register at the CCMT portal to participate in the GATE counselling. The counselling process will begin in June/July.
