IIM Calcutta is quite strict when it comes to the eligibility requirements of Post Graduate Diploma in Business Analytics (PGDBA). The c&idate must hold a graduate/post graduate degree with at least 60% marks or CGPA 6.5 on a 10-point scale. Additionally, c&idates with 10 + 3 (Engineering diploma) + 3 (lateral entry into BE/ BTech) or with 10 + 2 + 4 (B.Sc.) or with qualified CA/CS/ICWA with at least 60% marks are also eligible. For SC/ ST & Person with Disabilities (PwD) category c&idates, the qualifying marks for eligibility shall be 55% or CGPA 6.0 on a 10-point scale.

An application fee of Rs. 2500/- (Rs.1250/- for candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ PwD) is required. A computer-based test (CBT) will be held to shortlist candidates for personal interviews. The program is a 2-year full-time residential diploma with 65 seats available, and the reservation policy of the Government of India is applicable.
