The college is a knowledge centre building for future sports manager.
Placements: More than 90% of the students got placed. The highest salary offered was Rs. 35,000 per month. The lowest salary offered is Rs. 3000 per month. Spotify, Edusports, Tenvic, RFYS, etc., were the top recruiting companies. The manager was the top role offered to students. The highest salary package offered was 4.2 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 1.56 LPA. All the students got internships in sports management companies like Tenvic, Edusports, etc.
Infrastructure: Facilities in our college were good. Labs were good. Classrooms were well-maintained. The library was a good place to study. The college provides a soothing environment. Faculty: Faculty members in our college were always supportive and helpful. They would provide us with the best knowledge required to be successful in the industry. They are very knowledgeable. Placements: Placements are average. Companies like Tenvick, Rishi Narayan Golf, Protouch golf Kolkata, Sports SEED IISA, Game-on, Perform group, B-SPORTS, Dola Banerjee archery academy, AIFF, recruit for job and internship. Also, Sporting recruiters. Also, Mohinbagan takes.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good. There is a good computer lab. Library has a good collection of books. Medical room is also available. There are trained nurses there. Classrooms are well-furnished, painted and also have AC. There is a gym. It has all necessary equipments.
Faculty: The faculty is caring and knowledgeable. They are helpful and highly qualified. Their teaching quality is very good. They are very friendly. There are two full-time professors and many part-time guest lecturers. All of them have practical experience.

Yes, IISWBM does provide a refund in case a student wishes to cancel his her admission However, the refund is subject to fulfillment of certain conditions. Yes, candidates with an overall CAT Percentile of 55 can expect to get a call from IISWBM for admission to MBA course. IISWBM cutoff for MBA completely depends on the category of the student. Going as per the last year CAT cutoff 2022 the overall cutoff for all the categories have ranged between 50.35 and 35.

IISWBM cutoff for MBA is based on CAT scores followed by Group Discussion and Personal Interviews. Candidates who hava a valid score in CAT are called for the futher admission rounds. Mentioned below is the previous year IISWBM CAT cutoff 2022 category-wise for All India candidates:

IISWBM Kolkata can be considered a good college as it was established in 1953 and is AICTE approved. The Institute is known to be the first B-School in South East Asia. It offers courses such as MBA/PGDM, PG Diploma, MSW, MPhil, Certificate etc. IISWBM Kolkata placement cell recorded the placement rate of 2023 as 90%. The Institute, therefore can be considered as a good Institute.

Admission to postgraduate programmes, diploma, certificate, and doctoral degrees at IISWBM in Kolkata is based on performance on state and national entrance exam scorecards.

 

Admission to the IISWBM Kolkata MBA programme is based on a valid CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT/JEMAT/GATE/ATMA score, followed by a personal interview.

IISWBM entrance exams, group discussions, and individual interviews form the basis for IISWBM admissions in Kolkata.

A legitimate CAT/MAT score is used to determine admission to the IISWBM Kolkata MRM programme, which is followed by a group discussion and an individual interview.

A: 

It depends on your Category. There are high chances to get admission to the college with a score of 75 as according to the cutoff 73 was the latest cutoff for the general category. To gain admission to the college, one must first pass the CAT, and then apply to the college. The college will connect with the students after the results of the CAT Exam, and the students will be admitted based on the college's merit list.
