You have very rare chance to get a call for GD PI even if you belong to reserved category but as I said rare. You can apply and wait. Most probably, you will get into waiting list if you are reserved category.

It's quite difficult to expect a call with this much performance,still it depends on luck. She may not get seat in MBA department, but there are other departments where she can apply to.

They don't mention the cut-off. However, the minimum eligibility is 50% in gradation.
