Yes you can do B.Stat at ISI given that you have completed 10+2 or any equivalent level of education with mathematics and english as your subject. You can have any combination of subjects with these whether Science commerce anything. But these two are compulsory.

Indian Statistical Institute, Bangalore has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:

Courses	Eligibility
M.Sc.	Candidate must have completed a three year Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a B.E./B.Tech. Degree with Mathematics as a subject or a B Stat degree from ISI.
Certificate	Candidates completed a Diploma in any branch of Engineering or Technology from a recognised Institution are also eligible to apply. Only organization-sponsored candidates are eligible to apply.
M.Lib.I.Sc.	Candidate must have completed a three-year Bachelor's degree in any discipline from any recognised university.
