You did not mention about the course for which you want to get information. However, the fee charged is Rs 42 Lacs, whereas the cost of training of CPL at IGRUA is more than INR 45 Lacs. The gap is made up by the Government. There is no other subsidy or relaxation in training fee available to any candidate including SC, ST and OBC. The Ministry of Tribal affairs has removed CPL Course from the Scheme of Scholarship for Top Class Institutes, hence no scholarships are assured to ST Candidates. However, the ST candidates may check with their State Government for Scholarship scheme. Please check with the Ministry for the latest updates. Some State Governments provide scholarship to reserve category candidates of their states. IGRUA can only forward the application to the respective State Governments. The candidates may approach their State Governments for the same.

Money doesn't matter unless you get brain and merit. There are loads of scholarships for a deserving and talented student. For getting admission in IGRUA you need to give the entrance examination, as you have mentioned your marks you are eligible to give the entrance. The entrance comprises of a written exam where PCB is the main subjects along with GK and English. Then comes interview where mostly Aerodynamics is asked. After that there is test where you have to use a joystick and drive a video plane. It is quite fun. After admitted you will receive scholarships so you can easily study there. First, go study for the entrance and don't think about anything else.
Good Luck.

Around 60-70% percent students get jobs in airlines in India. Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Uran Akademi has a good placement record.
