Yashwantrao Mohite Institute of Management Bharati Vidyapeeth is a Tier 2 college and inching closer to Tier 1. This is quite evident if you are well acquainted with the institution. The Institute has been around for quite some time now and has earned itself positive reputation particularly in the western region. Its curriculum is strong, its faculty experienced and its placement records are not so bad either. Nonetheless, it may be a little bit behind when compared to top tier colleges like IIMs, XLRI or even some of the leading private B-schools. However, Tier 2 isn’t such a bad place, and they are often among the best within this category. Moreover, being part of Bharati Vidyapeeth University gives them an upper hand as it has quite a good name on its own. Hence although not Tier 1 per se, but still good enough for anyone searching for quality management education.

To begin with, it has been listed as one of the top 35 B-schools in India which is no mean feat! Also when it comes to West Zone, it stands at 13th amongst the top 50 institutes which is even more remarkable. Furthermore there have been past six years during which NIRF has placed it amongst the 75 best B-schools in India every time. This shows that they provide good education and produce quality students.
