It has a good infrastructure, but I would recommend that students go somewhere else.
Placements: A very low percentage of students get placed. Companies brought in are also not that great, except for the regular ones. Few students got placements in finance and were asked to do sales with a salary of Rs. 30,000 per month. It offers Rs. 13,000 per month, which is not at all lenient with attendance, and if we have appropriate reasons. If we cancel companies of internships for some reason, then we are asked to look for one on our own. I have taken admission only for the placement drive. They have so many reasons for students not to allow, and if we cancel a company, they do not allow us to sit for the next 2 years. For internships, companies are not great at all.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure and classrooms are really good. It has EduComs to make learning easier for students, and it also has an AC.
Faculty: Exams are not that great, and we require 75% in every subject. If we score less by one percentage, then we have to pay the fee and give backlogs. I started my own firm but was not allowed to sit for exams, and eventually had to pay half the fee for backlogs.
Other: The college is good, and a few faculty members. The curriculum and rules they follow are not that great when it comes to money, especially the rest all the extracurricular activities are also amazing.

Its very good institute to learn management education.
Placements: 100% students are getting placed .
Hightes salary is 10.5 LPA and the lowest is 3.5. Many reputed companies from BFSI and FMCG sector are recruiting our students every year. Regional manager, sales officer, data analytics, supply chain manager and other post are offered.
Infrastructure: Its is the oldest B school in Pune, situated in heart of Pune I. e deccan gymkhana area. In ferguson college campus, many facilities are available here like library, computer lab, hostel facilities, and there are many mess available near college. Also there are many grounds for each sport are available.
Faculty: Teachers are very good and well experienced and guest faculty members are also well, every student is developed by individual by the respective faculty member. Curriculum is very well structured because each topic from each subject is relevant to taking better decisions in an organisation.
Other: I have much more interest in management so for doing better business management skill are very essential so I choose PGDM. Course is very useful for industrial growth and crowd over hear is from across India.

The PGDM fees is 4 Lacs and the average package is 5.6lakh.
Placements: In IMDR Placement are good last year 90% students got placed and this year 70% of the batch got placed and still counting. The highest package is around 8 Lacs, average is 5.67 Lacs. ICICI, BAJAJ FINSERVE, TCS, HDFC and many more, up till now 50+ Companies came in our campus. The role they offered is DM, RM, Sales Manager etc. 100% Internship is given by the college. The highest is 12k per month and the lowest is 5k. Yes there is a placement cell. It's a student driven college so all the authority is given to Placement team to contact the company under the faculty guidelines.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good, it fulfill all the facilities. The labs are good with ERP and classrooms are good. The canteen food is awesome because they believe in quality not in quantity. Hostel facility for girls is IN BMCC hostel and for boys it in FC college.
Faculty: Faculty members are well experienced and teaching is also good. The quality of teaching is awesome because IMDR believes in Academics first. 10 student per faculty. Guest faculty members are also available, so industry exposure also we get. The course changes according to industry changes.
Other: Intake of the college is 120. Alumni meet is there every month. Events also happen as it is student-driven college.

It is one of the oldest B-schools in Pune.
Placements: Placements in this college are quite good as the intake of students is limited to 120 seats only. IMDR gives a very good ROI along with overall development. IMDR is a self-driven college which takes care of students' placement. The college also provides summer internship opportunities.
Infrastructure: The library has an ample number of books. Strong alumni network and IBM courses like business analytics and business intelligence are a bonus to rest of the facilities. There are also hostel facilities in sister college of IMDR, BMCC hostel is for girls and Fergusson college hostel is for boys.
Faculty: Being the oldest B-school in Pune, IMDR provides great opportunities and an amazing platform to cultivate and enhance your skills. Faculty members are knowledgeable, experienced, well-qualified and decent. Practical based teaching methods such as case studies, presentations, industrial visits etc., are used. The syllabus is aligned to current corporate needs which enables us to train ourselves for the first exposure. Industry experts also visit our college and share valuable insights and experiences from time to time. Along with regular faculty members, lectures are also conducted by visiting faculty members who are currently working or have industry experience.

High;y satisfied with my decision of selecting IMDR.
Placements: There is 100% placement at IMDR with a minimum package of the total two years fees of the PGDM course. College does not entertain any company which offers less package than your two years course fees. There many big MNC's are prominent recruiters of IMDR. To name few there is HDFC, ICICI, Bajaj Finserv and many more for marketing and finance.
Infrastructure: IMDR was established in 1974 so it has very good infrastructure. The classrooms and computer labs have all the facilities which are required. IMDR has a canteen which serves very good quality of food throughout the day with affordable prices. There are no issues regarding infrastructure.
Faculty: The faculty members are well versed with the knowledge. Every faculty is very helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. More focus is given on practical work. Presentations and case studies are done regularly which helps the students to make decisions in life.

It is students-driven institute.
Placements: There are sessions conducted where we are allowed to interact with our seniors and super seniors. They are well settled and happy with their placements. IMDR not only trains the students for the academic year but also for the corporate world. Faculty members take extra efforts in order to shape students career.
Infrastructure: IMDR is the oldest B-school in Pune and hence maintains its authenticity till date, i.e., 45th batch. Every level of comfort is maintained at its best level. Faculty members usually interact with the students to ask and help them with any problems faced in the institute.
Faculty: Students internship and placement programme is planned in such a structure that in just 2 years an individual is ready to step in the corporate world. Many students are confused about their specialisation at the initial stage. However, faculty members and institute work extra mile to identify and shape students skills and the ability for their career development. Sessions at IMDR are very interactive and not monotonous.
Other: As IMDR is the oldest B-school in Pune, its cultural roots are very strong. Every festival is celebrated without any biased feelings. Every student takes an active part in every event. The foreign scholarship is provided in the institute, and many super seniors have benefited through this.
