The value added courses taught in MBA course are Behavioral Science, Corporate Skill Development – 1, Corporate Skill Development – 2, Entrepreneurship, Ministry of Skill Development courses and Indian Ethos and Business Ethics. These courses help the students to enhance their skills in these particular domains. It helps them expand their career options. These courses equip the students with modern management practices and value-based leadership learning.

The subjects which are taught are Business Ethics, Big Data visualisation, Corporate Skill Development, Business Simulation,  and many more. The students have to complete a social immersion project at the end of the fourth semester of MBA course at IMS Noida. This project is for the duration of 4 weeks.
