It is not a good college for computer and IT students.
Placements: After passing 2nd year, you get an option to sit in placements or to continue with your semester studies. As far I know, placements for diploma students are basic. It also provides an internship technically not an internship but an industrial training in which we had learned the basics of web development and deployment, which was good and something new for us.
Infrastructure: Labs and classrooms are the worst and bad for computer and IT students. It has 2 GB ram PC, and some are outdated Intel CPUs. Most of the time, there is no internet connection, and keyboards are broken in most of the labs.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college are good, and they have basic knowledge of their subjects. Staff members are rude sometimes, and they do not actually care about students. The examination of semesters is of 80 marks, and practical examination consists of 20 marks which make in the total of 100 marks. If you are looking for a diploma in computer or IT, then do not think about getting good practical knowledge from this college. The course they teach us is good enough to understand the basics of computer science. Teachers just teach what is there in the syllabus and nothing less.
Other: Our college organises fests every year, and those fests have normal things, and not anything special. I wish that they should improve their labs for computer practicals and have decent classrooms for students.
