IIBS Bangalore placements for BBA (Hons.) in Finance are good, since many industries have strong links with the institute. Student placement is mainly into all top financial firms, banks, consulting companies, and MNCs. The college conducts placement support by regular training and workshops along with the interaction of the industry. Besides, it enhances skills for better employability of students; however, the result depends on individual performance, internships, and networking. While the placement rate is pretty impressive, students who have been involved in campus activities and internships tend to receive better job offers.

In 2023, an official card of any sort was not put out for the MAT cutoff of IIBS Bangalore quite predictably but generally, a score of about 60-70 percentile is perceived as competitive enough for admission to their MBA/PGDM programs. Do bear in mind, that the admission process also entails the sitting of an interview and entering into a group discussion or writing a test. The cutoff in MAT (Management Aptitude Test) in IIBS Bangalore for admission will depend on several key determinants affecting the applicants. These may include the specific courses one is applying for, the batch size, and the number of applicants among others. More Precisely, in the case of admission for MBA/ PGDM programs of IIBS Bangalore, a MAT score in the range of 60 to70 will be viewed as a competitive score in the process of admissions. Further to this however, it is necessary to say that the final selection not only depends on the process of admission but also includes other stages, such as interviews and, perhaps written assignments or group discussions.

Until now, IIBS Bangalore has not specified the cut-off scores of MAT 2023.This type of general admission pattern are for MBA and PGDM programme through which the candidates with MAT scores in hand, however over 600 or so good scorers shall be called in interview rounds as conducted during the later selection procedure? Students are advised to keep the cutoff of IIBS Bangalore through their website or they can also contact them for these details. As of now there has been no release for the MAT 2023 cutoff officially by IIBS Bangalore. Even then, it is known that the competitive MAT scores are typically 60–70 percentile; just admission in MBA or PGDM programs of these institutes only. Then such kind of candidates are generally very good for shortlisting more rounds like personal interview and written.

The process of getting into IIBS Bangalore is relatively easy although a little more selective for its MBA course. Generally, for the selection to this position, the candidate should have a bachelor's degree that could have been earned with the minimum of 50 percent marks. Also, applicants have to clear the management entrance tests such as CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT for getting selected. Although the Grades obtained are not as steep as those attained in the most competitive MBA business schools, the scores in these exams go hand in hand with group discussions and personal interviews in determining admission.
