JIMS Noida - The college where education meets opportunities.

Placements: Our college has a great placement percentage where most of the students are placed with good companies. Top recruiters include Infosys and TCS. Many of them opt for further studies pursuing them in institutions like IIM Jammu. While students have a decent score of atleast 70% on average. The average package range from 5 LPA and goes up to 16 LPA depending on the skills.

Infrastructure: College has various facilities like hostel with AC rooms, comfortable beds, wardrobe, free Wi-Fi, and a college library. College has centralized AC, and clean food is provided within the premises. It has a medical room, good faculty members, and a great overall crowd.

Faculty: College follows CCSU curriculum where the first two years have basic business-related studies. The last year involves a major or specialized study from either finance or marketing domain. The overall exams are easy and easily scorable. The college also has quarterly based exams to test students' abilities.

Other: I chose this course because of the faculty members and resources provided by the college. The students are provided with unit-wise PDFs and study materials while the faculty members guide the students with uniqueness.

A good college for undergraduate students.

Placements: Placement initiatives are good. It is providing a lot of opportunities for students to learn and acquire skills in their domain. It is good and working proactively for students. It is helpful for students. It provides them with chances to learn and grow in their respective areas.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure and course are good. It provides a lot of amenities to the students. They can access so many facilities here and can avail benefits of the location. The course curriculum is also good. It provides a lot of practical exposure to students and helps them learn.

Faculty: Faculty is good. It provides a lot of academic assistance to students and helps whenever required. They guide well and provide all teaching support. Students can interact with the faculty for any future guidance. They also provide complete support.

We are the first batch. The placement of my batch is about 75 to 80% of students.

Placements: Around 75 to 80% of students are placed in my college. The highest package is around 16 LPA, and the lowest package is around 3 LPA. The average package is 5 LPA - 6 LPA. Some of top recruiters include TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, and few product-based companies like Adobe and ZS Associate. 60-70% of students got internships. Companies like TCS, EY, Capgemini, and some start-ups offered good opportunities.

Infrastructure: The classrooms are clean and spacious, with projectors and proper seating. There is good Wi-Fi across the campus. Labs are well equipped for practical entry. Library is big with a lot of books and quiet space to study. The rooms are okay, and basic needs like electricity and water are fine. The best food is average, but. Canteen is a better option. There are lots of medicines and things that are usable in the case of an accident. There is also a ground for football and cricket for outdoor games. There are also indoor games like ludo, chess, and carrom.

Faculty: Some teachers are really nice and helpful. But some just teach from slides. Overall, teaching is okay. The course is good. For basics, but not enough for jobs. We need to learn things on own and get ready for industry. The exams are not too tough if you study a bit. More students pass the percentage of passing is 85 to 90%.

Other: I chose this course, because I am interested in business. The best thing is that we learn how to deal with customers and wholesalers, and how to do business. The thing I wish to improve in this course is that more practical work not only book reading. The college has fun fests and events like freshers, farewell, dandiya night, celebrity night, and all are very enjoyable.

A decent college with superb expertise.

Placements: Around 80% of students got placed. The average package is around 10 LPA to 12 LPA, and goes up to 20 LPA. Top recruiters are IBM, Hero Infosys, and TCS. Internships are much on the higher side. All students got a chance to go for internships at the college itself. Top roles are managers in banks and executives in digital and service marketing profiles.

Infrastructure: We have Wi-Fi-enabled classes and labs. We have in total six labs and a huge library that contains all stream-related books and students can raise a request if they require any particular book to grow in the stream. The hostels are okay But now colleges are creating their own hostels with all the facilities for the students at a minimum price.

Faculty: We have all Ph.D. faculty members here who are NET-qualified. They teach us with the utmost dedication. They are very knowledgeable. I like the curriculum of BBA as it not only contains technical concepts but also all generally required subjects, such as advanced English and logic. Semester exams are not so difficult as faculty members focus on learning with revisions. Various class tests and assignments help most of the students get through the examinations.

My experience at JIMS Noida.

Placements: The percentage promised to us is 100%, as we are the foundation batch. We will be the first ones placed from our college. But as for JIMS, the placement is 100%, and the highest package is 17.5 Lacs LPA. The average package is 6 Lacs LPA and the lowest is 5 Lacs. The top recruiters are Amazon, Grant Thornton, EY, TATA, etc.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of my college is really great, as it is equipped with a centralized AC that keeps the classes cool in the summer. All the classes are equipped with projectors for more seamless education and modern learning. The sports facilities are the best, as all kinds of sports are available in the college, such as basketball, football, volleyball, badminton, tennis, skating, cricket, turf for football, indoor badminton, etc.

Faculty: The teachers are really good support for students in every way, as they help with education as well as personal queries about the future, such as how to make my CV better, how to join a good company, etc. The students do get industry- and corporate-ready with the BBA course. The teachers are always a big help. The semester exam is only difficult if you haven't studied for it. If you have studied, you could score high marks. The passing percentage is 40%.

Other: BBA is an easy and good course that would help me in getting into the job line or starting my own business. The BBA course helps in many ways and was my first preference after 12th. College life is great, with many clubs and other sports activities, so the students are always in a good mood. There is a big fest called the Zest Fest, where students are involved in activities like singing, dancing, fashion shows, etc. After that, there is an event called Celebrity Night, where a singer or actor performs for the students of JIMS.
