I'm very much satisfied because of the faculty, very good infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: Placements for our senior batch were good. Around 80% of the students were placed. Companies visiting our campus for placements were Voi Jeans, Zivame, H&M, Marks & Spencer and Blackberry. Around 85% of the students got internships from college. It is very much useful for students.

Infrastructure: Facilities in our college are excellent. Classrooms are well-furnished and fully air-conditioned. There are many books that give us ideas about fashion and designs. They provide us with highly sophisticated machines. We did not face any infrastructure related issues during our tenure.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are highly qualified and very knowledgeable. They are very helpful in guiding us in all the subjects and all activities. We got industry exposure as we went on many industrial visits. The course curriculum was useful.

Other: JD annual design awards is a popular event. Campus surroundings are good.

If you want to pursue designing, it's a good college with a lot of opportunities.

Placements: Placement opportunities provided in our college are good. A lot of companies visit the campus to recruit talented students. I have seen two well-reputed foreign companies visiting the campus and providing opportunities to the students of JD. I have seen my seniors working under reputed designers and fashion brands. I'm awaiting my opportunity to get placed.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. The location of the college is fantastic and very much visible as it is at a prime location of Brigade Road. We have two different blocks for interior and fashion departments which are huge and developing. All the necessary facilities are available inside the campus.

Faculty: Faculty members in our college are helpful. They guide the students in all the projects and bring the best out of their students. Teachers in JD guide you from the very first step of your project. They make sure that the project you are submitting is your best work and good enough to be displayed as your own design.

Other: The college organises a lot of extracurricular activities, sports day, festive celebrations, farewell parties, and meetings that are helpful for the future of students. There are also exhibitions, project display, cooking competitions and many more activities for entertainment and skill development.

I'm satisfied with JD Institute of Fashion Technology.

Placements: Placements for the students of our senior batch were good. Most of them got placed in well-known branded companies. Almost 85% of the students got placed in various brands. Companies like Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein, etc., have visited our campus for recruiting students. They offered roles like fashion consultant, stylist etc. Almost all the students got internships.

Infrastructure: The campus is well-maintained. They provide pretty good Wi-Fi facility. Classrooms are air-conditioned. Textile labs are well-ventilated. They provide many books that students can refer for interior and fashion as well as jewellery designing courses. Since from many days, the Wi-Fi network is not working, or it might be poor.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are very helpful and qualified, especially when it comes to our mentoring sessions for our final shows. They are very supportive and understanding. Many brand designers visit our campus and interact with students. The course curriculum is very useful.

I am not happy with the infrastructure. There were good placements and faculty members in 2018.

Placements: Placements were good for our batch as 10-15% of the students were placed. Roles such as fashion design interns and visual merchandising interns were offered. The average stipend was Rs. 5000. H&M was one of the companies that visited our college offering a salary of Rs. 8,000 per month and the lowest being Rs. 3,000 per month.

Infrastructure: To be honest, classrooms are not great. They are very claustrophobic. If they were bigger, it would be better. I expected better infrastructural facilities. We have air-conditioned classrooms, but sometimes, the A/C does not function. The Wi-Fi network sometimes gets too slow or doesn't even work. The campus can be more spacious. The furniture also is a problem sometimes. The chairs make a lot of noise.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is good. We get industry exposure, and the teachers use different teaching methods like pattern making, visual merchandising, illustrations etc.

Other: If there were fests held in the college, it would be amazing.

The placements and campus are great.

Placements: There are placement cells in our college, which is really great. They help you whenever you want. Our senior batches have been placed well and offered good packages. Companies such as H&M recruited the students, and also some are also recruited as stylists for movies.

Infrastructure: The campus is great. The college provides all the facilities such as a library, Wi-Fi, labs, and also projectors. The interior of the campus is very creative and interesting which is created by all the JD students. I am not facing any issues related to the infrastructure of the college.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are the best. They are qualified, knowledgeable, and very helpful. We do get industry exposure. There are seminars conducted by inviting industry experts which helps a lot to know about the work environment in the industry. The curriculum followed is useful for students in the industry.

I'm absolutely satisfied with the faculty members and their support.

Placements: I haven't got placed yet, but our seniors have worked hard with the help of the faculty members, for the fashion show where they showcase their garments. All of them have got placed under designers or have started their label, and some of them have got even a better platform to showcase their talent.

Infrastructure: A library is available in our college. Wi-Fi facility is also provided. Practical and computer labs are available for both interior and fashion departments. There are very spacious classrooms. There is a large canteen offering chips, biscuits and beverages with great cleanliness and hygiene. There is a huge and well-organised parking space for two-wheelers.

Faculty: Faculty members in our college are very helpful and qualified. A lot of one to one sessions are conducted to understand the need of students. They are good at what they teach and are very understanding. Their approach to clear every difficulty and topic is very creative and helpful.

Other: Events are conducted very often in college. Special seminars are conducted by inviting industry experts to the college. There are a lot of extracurricular activities in which students can take part.
