This is an average college.
Placements: Karimganj College was affiliated with Assam University, so there was 100% placement in MBA. The highest salary package was 10 LPA or more. Top recruiters were ICICI Bank, Bandhan Bank, Berger Paints, Vodafone, HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, Pradan, and Asian Paints.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure and facilities were quite good. It had 2 labs, a library, etc. Students visit labs and the library regularly. They conduct lectures in smart classes every week. Wi-Fi was good and fast. There was free Wi-Fi on campus.
Faculty: Teachers were friendly and highly qualified. They aim to provide quality education. Students also visited industries, but not regularly. Exams were moderate. 95% was the pass percentage. Sometimes, it's 100%.
Other: I chose this course because it was job-oriented. The best thing about this course is that it improves communication skills. Regular industrial visits should be conducted. Events, fests, and extracurricular activities were conducted.

Lack of proper services.
Placements: The highest salary offered is Rs 15000.
By completing this course we can easily understand some topics lik e-commerce, types of business, smart commerce, Tally, account, etc.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is very poor. This college is very unhygienic. Some boys used to spit over the walls of the college. The college did not permit to implement campus politics.
Faculty: No doubt, they are qualified as well as skilled, but they don't provide their services sincerely, except S. S. sir from the commerce department. Department of English and EVS teachers are very careless and they do not guide students properly or provide notes.
Other: I chose the course so that I could gather knowledge about business activities and expand my sole trading business into a large business.

Dissatisfied because of faculty, college guidance, and placements during our period.
Placements: In my course, there are a total of 120–130 students. As for placements, none are offered by the college or faculty members. My college does not provide or arrange placements for students. Not even a single company or activity directly recruits from the college.
Infrastructure: There is a library that is nicely maintained. I won't say highly maintained, but we can get some books as needed. Wi-Fi is not available. There are science labs, but I don't exactly know the condition and availability of the materials there. Classrooms are workable.
Faculty: Teachers are knowledgeable enough for their job, but there is no regularity in the classes. Some days, most students are present, and other days, teachers are. As for teachers' feedback, I would say it is average. Some are helpful, some are arrogant, and some are so busy that they are not even available for doubt clearance through a phone call.
Other: Nothing extra to say. The time is memorable, but as for faculty, teaching, and teachers' guidance, I would say it is below average.

Karimganj College is the best.
Placements: Well, many opportunities given to us for a better future. Many internship programs are held in the college. Last time, an environment program was done where all students were asked to attend the seminar for a better chance at opportunities for their future.
Infrastructure: Well, the infrastructure of our classrooms is good. Wi-Fi is available, computer labs are there, and the library is also there. To be honest, I don't know about the condition of the hostel because I don't stay in the hostel. I live in my own house.
Faculty: To be honest, teachers are very helpful and support us all the time. I am doing the Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) course in the college, which also makes us ready for the industry work experience. The semester exams are a bit tough, but I attempt all the questions.
Other: Well, my family belongs to a commerce background, so I chose this course. Events, fests, and all activities are being done by the college committee. No doubt, it is a great college after all.

College is good for politics and for low cost education teacher are quite good.
Placements: There is no recruitment in our college only for graduation and not Masters also. Placement is not available in this college as there are no company in city no student can go for placement there only for some fun and some little bit study. Not recommended.
Infrastructure: Facilities are quite good as they are improving from last couple of years. Hostel is not so good no mess in college no canteen in campus government college is good for students but not at all this need to be improve in faculty and students of college.
Faculty: Teacher are quite good but need to be strict in rules and regulations and students are not also good as they only come for some entertainment in college they don't take teachers seriously need to improve in this and as this is government college this need to improve.

Karimganj Polytechnic College has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:
