Yes, you are eligible. The eligibility criteria of Police constable is given below.
Educational qualification : 12th or equivalent from a recognized board.
Age : 18-25 Years ( 5 years is relaxable to SC/ST reserved categories)

The candidates must have passed 10+2 examination from a recognized board to be eligible for Training of Police Constables (Civil) from Karnataka Police Academy.

For becoming an IPS officer you need to clear the IPS exam which is held by Union public service commission (UPSC) every year. It is a very competitive exam with more than 100000+ candidates taking the exam out of which under 200 are finally selected.
