Excellent faculty members and strong placement history.
Placements: 60-70% of students got placed in this course. The highest package is around 6 to 7 LPA. The lowest package is around 3 to 4 LPA. Recruiting companies are HCL, Infosys, Tata, and Ilaaj. Students secure internships in companies. Roles offered are junior engineer and technical support engineer.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good in this college. Wi-Fi is free. Labs, classrooms, and libraries are very good. Hostel facilities are very good. The food quality is excellent. A canteen is available in the college. Many sports and games are there.
Faculty: Teachers in the college are generally helpful and qualified. They are knowledgeable with good teaching qualities. They are very friendly. Most students report relatively high past percentages indicating exams are designed to access knowledge effectively and too easily. The curriculum provides students with the necessary skills for the job market.
Other: I chose this course because it is very interesting, and I believe it offers promising career prospects. Everything is good in college. Events are so good.

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering - Batch of 2020

Best part of my life (Batch 2020).
Placements: In my batch, there are 90 students in our department, and it was the silver jubilee batch of our college. There was a great placement that year, with many top-rated companies recruiting students from core branches. Companies like Tata, L&T, Mando, Mahindra, John Deere, Thermax, Adani, CEAT, etc., came every year, and almost many students who wanted jobs got 2-3 job offers. These companies also provide internships to juniors during their summer or winter vacations for industrial knowledge.
Infrastructure: The facilities are better than other polytechnic colleges. Every department gets the best, well-equipped lab facilities with everything that we need for our course. The college has the best infrastructure as well as a nature-friendly environment. It also has a 24/7 library facility. There is an on-campus hostel with all the necessary facilities, and it also offers world-class sports facilities, a world-class stadium, and coaching.
Faculty: The teachers are the best I have had in my academic life. Each and every faculty member is very helpful and friendly in nature. They literally give their 100% to each student, whether from the hostel or from outside. They help with both studies and personal life. They are highly educated from top universities, and their teaching skills are top-level. The semester exams are moderate, focusing on important topics. The pass percentage is 35%, like other colleges.
Other: The college is the number 1 polytechnic college in Odisha, as ranked by the technical education department. Every student should prefer to join this college for a better future. You will experience everything you want in your college life—friends, campus, fests, and other activities. You will get everything in abundance.

Faculty members are understanding, but you have to study yourself.
Placements: 80-100 percent of students got placed. The highest package is 7 LPA, the lowest is 2 LPA, and the average is 4 LPA-5 LPA. I think Cognizant is the best company for the CSE branch. 50 to 60 percent of students got internships in CTDC company. Software developer, web developer, network administrator, and IT support specialists are roles offered.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is not available for students in our college. In labs, many systems are available, but half of them are not working, so we work on our personal laptops. Classrooms are neat and clean, and they are equipped with whiteboards and a smart TV. A large library with a variety of books is available. In the hostel, there are no AC rooms in summer, and it becomes very hot. Some students feel unwell in college. There is no canteen on campus, and no proper hygiene is maintained in the hostel canteen. Medical facilities are also not good. Sports and games are a big advantage.
Faculty: Teachers are knowledgeable, but they do not always teach the subjects in which they are most experienced. Instead, they teach based on the subjects they researched during their PhD, which creates confusion for students. We also get confused, so we have to study from YouTube. Semester exams are very hard and strict. The pass percentage is 33%.
Other: CSE is the best course, but you need practical knowledge. In our college, they focus mainly on scoring marks rather than practical learning for the future. I would say our teachers should understand that the syllabus should support us in the future, not just help us get good scores. Nowadays, only skills are required, not just 93% or 95%. The campus and extracurricular activities are the best in our college.

Great experience with best faculties and good placement in No. 1 Polytechnic college of Odisha.
Placements: The college is the No. 1 polytechnic college in Odisha. They provide different placements in different sectors. The companies like Tata, Mando, L&T, Voltas, Johndear, Thermax, CET, Apollo, and Samsung recruit every year as JE. The average package is 4 lpa. The highest package is 6 LPA, which is not normal at diploma level, but college provides these facilities to acquire high-paying jobs.
Infrastructure: The best infrastructural colleges in Bhubaneswar provide different facilities like an AC classroom, the best 24?7 library, and 24?7 Wi-Fi service. The hostel rooms are best with good food items available. The medical facilities are also available from kims. The sports facilities are also world-class compared to other colleges.
Faculty: The faculty members are highly qualified from different reputed institutions. The course is actually designed by the state technical council, but the college provides their best facilities of practical classes, notes, and extra classes. The semester exam is at a moderate level. The pass percentage is also normal, like at other colleges. The focus is on practical use, which helps in industries.
Other: The college provides 6 branches; each branches has best facilities of labs, notes, classes, etc. This course is actually a life time opportunity to tackle every happy and sad moments in life because every student come from school level, mostly 10th level they get best exposure in this college. There were fests, seminars, functions and lot of other things every year; not only study entertainment is also provided by college .

It is an excellent college.
Placements: Those students who passed the 10th board exam with a score of more than 55% to 60% could sit in placements. The lowest salary package offered was 1 LPA and the highest salary package offered was 4 LPA. The average salary package offered was 2.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies like TATA Project, TATA Steel, TATA Power, Adani Group, Mando Automotive, Orient Electric, Arcelor Mittal Nippon Steel India, SKH Metals, Thermax, CEAT, OPTCL, L&T, etc., visited our campus. Any of our branch students could get internships. In our final semester, a company called HighRadius came to our college with internships. Jobs for diploma in electrical engineering students were available in both the public and government sectors. A career option after a diploma in electrical engineering extends into the work fields of installation, maintenance, magnetism, control systems, signal processing, and electrical design.
Infrastructure: We had air-conditioned classrooms and the latest equipment in the laboratories and workshops. Our hostels were good. The food in the canteen was good. The overall decorum of the college was calm and well-maintained. Medical facilities were available. Hospitals offer free consultations using their school or college ID cards, but they must pay for medicines.
Faculty: Our teachers always helped us in every situation. They were precious teachers. The KIIT Polytechnic is a world-class and prestigious institution. Our teachers were like our family. Our principal sir was so good. The 5th and 6th-semester exams were difficult. The pass percentage was 28%.
Other: This course was full of practicals, and I like practicals more than theory. The best part was that after finishing the diploma, we could work in both the private and public sectors. My goal was to complete as many projects as possible. Every year in the final semester, KIIT Polytechnic hosts a PROJECT EXPO for students to present various, one-of-a-kind handmade projects.

There are separate hostels for boys and girls. Canteen food is above average. The infrastructure of the college is peaceful and well-maintained.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college are great, helpful, and well-qualified in their respective fields. Exams are good with average difficulty questions. The course curriculum makes students industry-ready and makes them confident to work anywhere with good knowledge.
Other: It is one of the best colleges for diploma students that provides the best facilities. Campus life is good. Our college has charity initiatives and organises cultural programs.
