Zeal College of Engineering and Research is run by the Zeal Education Society established in 1996. Its Pune branch was established in 2017, is AICTE approved and is affiliated to Savitri Bai Phule University in Pune. As it has been established ten years back, it still is unable to get good placements especially in mechanical. The current scenario of the placement is not so much attracting though one living near the location of the campus can go for admission. Mechanical placement is very low and varies from 2 lakh to 4 lakh per annum with highest being 8 lakh. This college still finding the proper execution and is working hard for maintaining tie-ups with the cooperates. I will personally prefer not to indulge in distance learning though it is a very good option for Pune residing students after 12th. Make a wise decision.

Anna University is one of the best semi-private colleges in the Southern India and ranks 11th on the list of the best engineering colleges in India in the public sector.
The college happens to offer the best of the placement in Southern India because of the fact that the acceptance rate of students in the college is really low because of which the college has only good quality students which are able to get through big package offers given by the companies.
The only drawback for the colleges is that the total placement percentage is really low which is why there is a risk of an individual not being placed in the college. Although the colleges are sure to provide you with the best undergraduate computer science programme which is having the best faculty to guide you well.
There are some very big placements happening in the college while there are some disappointments at the same time. So it is all on you and your hard work to get the best out of your college.

Zeal College of Engineering and Research has not been in the buzz or the talk of the town ever and so it is not one of the reputed colleges in Pune.
If placement is the parameter for judging the college, it is poor.
Some of the companies that show up during the placement drive for recruiting computer engineers in the college are:
Siemens. Tata Technologies, ICFAI University, BASF, Patni Computers, Bharat Forge Limited and Nihilent Technologies.
The college provides an average placement package of around 2.5 LPA which was seen in the year 2016 for Computer Science Students. Hence I would advise you not to take admission in this college if the placement is what you aspire for and you should consider dropping this year and prepare for entrance examinations more rigorously so that you can get better placement opportunities, otherwise you will just regret taking admission in this college.

I being a student of BMS College of Engineering would like to give you a few ideas about Mechanical engineering in our college. I feel our college tries to give the practical knowledge about the field. There will be seminars addressed by professional speakers who guide you with what to do in your future. When it comes to the placements, I feel the placement rate for mechanical is quite high too. And of course the infrastructure and faculties are very good. There are many opportunities for overall development by the end of fourth year. It is all about how you make the best use of it.

R.V College of Engineering is one of the good institution providing good placements and proper training to all students and connecting students with right companies. In Department of Biotechnology, college is inviting the right companies for placements such as Genotypic Technology, Pragati Biocare, Gangagen Biotechnologies Pvt Ltd etc. So the companies used to recruit 50% of students which is a good number in Bangalore as compared to other colleges. Overall the placement of BE in Biotechnology from R.V. College of Engineering is good. I will advise others to join BE in Biotechnology at R.V college as they have a good reputation in the market.
Overall the R.V college is providing good placements for all the students in the reputed companies/MNC.

CSE placements in CV Raman College of Engineering are quite good. Let me tell the reasons for. First and foremost reason is we are given training in c+ and core java, etc.This process starts from the first year and with that a specialised training in BEC or Business English Communication is given by British Council. Don't worry these all are certification courses so by this we hold an upper hand on IT companies. The package in CS varies from 16 Lacs per annum to 3.5 Lacs per annum in 2017 highest package is offered by sap lab that is 9 Lacs per annum and the placement is still going on. The most prominent recruiters are Infosys, TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, HCl, Zycus, Tech Mahindra, etc. and placement is 95% and adding to all above certification courses pre-placement training is given from the 3rd year itself.
