First of all, go to the page of KSOU, then click on the admission link. A page will open, enter your registration number and password and open your personal details section, change your phone number from there and click on save.

Dear souren, First, confirm that the college you completed your engineering from is affiliated from AICTE or not. If it is affiliated, no one can say that your colleges is fraud.
