I recommend you to join this college.
Placements: The college was new, so placements were limited for some branches. You cannot expect high placements from this college. In the future, the college will bring in some companies for all the branches. Many students were placed, but the companies were not good.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure was average. It will be better in the future. Hostels were good. There were no playing kits for hostel students. The food in the canteen was below average. It needs to be better. Drinking water should be better. As the college is new, the labs had a few instruments.
Faculty: Faculty members were highly qualified, but their nature was not good. They did not support students. Exams were very strict. You need to study well. Attendance was mandatory.
Other: The campus is far from the main road. There is no rigid road between the college and the main road. The campus is beautiful, with many plants. Other activities were limited. The college allowed students to participate in various activities and programs.

Our college provides good placements and has good faculty members.
Placements: Placements were very good in our college. All students got placed in all branches. Only a few companies visited our college to recruit students.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college was very good. Our classrooms were good with proper seating arrangements. All equipment was available in our labs. The hostel was very good. The food served in the hostel was good and tasty and provided vegetarian and non-vegetarian food items.
Faculty: All faculty members were very good, helpful, and well-qualified. Their teaching quality was different and impressive. The lab teachers were available in our college. Semester exams were conducted very well.
Other: I opted for this course because I like to study different elements of civil.

Good infrastructure and good placements in 2021.
Placements: Almost 95% placements are done with the highest packages. All the teachers and staff have good nature. The recruiting companies are wipro pvt ltd, viraj steel pvt ltd, etc. The highest package is 20000/month and the lowest is 13000/month approximately.
Infrastructure: All the departments have separate labs and books in library. Wi-Fi is present in the whole campus. The hostel’s facilities are almost best. The food in the mess is normal. In one hostel room, there are 3 single beds for 3 students. Students can choose their roommates.
Faculty: All the teachers are pursing Masters degree in my branch. All the teachers give one on one attention to each student. All the teachers give 1-hour class and 2 hours for practical. The pass percentage for finals is 40%, 26% for external and 14% for internal exams.

Madgupur Polytechnic is good for technical education.
Placements: Only 40% students were placed in our course.
Infrastructure: * There are 4-5 wi-fi connections in our college. * 3-4 computer labs. * A good hostel facility, mess and canteen are avilable. * Medical facilities are not great but adequate. * Sports and games are also available. It is ideal for technical education, and every branch is available.
Faculty: * Teaching quality is not good. Every teacher is not knowledgeable. * semester exams are not difficult. * Pass marks is only 26 for the exam.

This college is good in all aspects.
Placements: Around 75% of students were placed in different companies in different parts of India. The average salary pacakge offered was 1.5 LPA. Viraj Steel, Yazaki India, Maruti Suzuki were some of the top recruiting companies in this college. Everyone got interned in different companies.
Infrastructure: It provides Wi-Fi facilities 24X7. It provides different laboratories as per the course depending on our semesters. There are approximately 500 different rooms in this college including one library. The quality of food provided to use in the hostel was not good, but the medical facilities including sports and games were good.
Faculty: All the teachers were very good and knowledgeable. All the faculty members come from different regions and cities to guide students to shape students' future. This course makes a student industry ready as I had been selected in Viraj Steel plant. If students study nothing was difficult.
Other: I opted for this course because I like this stream since childhood. Wherever I machine I become happy. Some of the faculty members should focus on teaching instead of becoming over-smart. Every festival was celebrated in this college. At the mid of the year, students get scholarships worth up to Rs 13,000.

Good for other branch, no placement, very bad infrastructure and facilities. Not recommend.
Placements: There is never any placement in this college for Mining branch. Nearly about 90% student got internship in different companies like CCL, MECL, ECL, UCIL, HCL, Chandil Gold Mine etc. But on their own. After course an individual can apply for Foreman and Mater post.
Infrastructure: There can be small help from library and surveying department. In rest of facilities there's nothing to talk about. Talking about hostel and mess food, it's totally mess and ***. No sporting ground or facility is available for playing and free time.
Faculty: Teachers were helpful but not qualified and knowledgeable. Teaching quality was bad. This course is relevant but it itself does not make you industry ready. Course pass percentage was 35% and student pass percentage was 70%, and semester exams were really difficult.
Other: I chose this course thinking it was easy to study and it was too. Best thing was that course was easy to study and complete. I think that more learning facilities could be provided to students of this course. College do not host any fests or events. However campus crowd is up to the point connectivity is good. Campus surrounding is total barren land. Scholarship is provided to Sc/St and obc candidates. No extracurricular activities are provided/given to students.
