Good infrastructure, fun and learning events, overall a good college.

Placements: I am not aware of the average package offered. The students are given the opportunity to get a job in India as well as abroad. The hotels or hotel brands for campus placement are Taj, Marriot Suites Pune, Radisson Blu Pune, Amanora the Fern, Cocoon, Trident, etc.

Infrastructure: Our college has good infrastructure, including AC. classrooms, a mock guest room, two food and beverage labs, a front office lab, a computer lab, a library, a seminar hall, an auditorium, a basic training kitchen, an advanced training kitchen, a quantity training kitchen, a housekeeping lab, and a cafeteria .

Faculty: Faculty are experienced; they teach outside of the syllabus as well as such things that are changing in the industry. The curriculum has a semester where students go for internships, which helps the students get a view of the workings of the hotel. During the internship the student also understands which department he or she likes to work in and gets exposure. The faculty teaches really well and also tries to make it fun, but sometimes might also rush to complete the portion.

Other: Our college conducts many events, like Onam lunch, Ganesh Chaturthi lunch, Gala dinner, Freshmen night, farewell, etc. These events are handled by the students under the the supervision of the teachers, The students are responsible for cooking the food, serving it, and also inviting the guests and decorating the event. Our college encourages students to take part in inter-college events and helps us prepare for the event, but one complaint is that they do not provide transportation to the event, even if it is quite distant. Our college also conducts many competitions, such as pookalam, rangoli, cupcake making etc.
